FAQ and EXCHANGE POLICY
Does Nzanda accept returns or exchanges?
Nzanda only accepts exchanges so please read the description and measurements carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS, SWIM OR THONG BODYSUITS
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
You have 15 days to exchange an item after the date of purchase.
Exchanges take 2-3 to process. ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE IS ACCEPTED. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you.
Notice of exchanges must be done within three days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. If we receive no notice, the item will be returned back to you. This includes damaged items which you have received.

Please Note: NZANDA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost of stolen please visit your local post office. By completing a purchase with NZANDA you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy
